Great value for money, friendly staff, well decorated rooms, big enough, Starbucks corner, nice personnel, clean rooms, fresh towels, early check-in

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel is conveniently located near transportation centers and malls, making it easy to explore the city and go shopping. The rooms are well equipped with amenities such as TV, air conditioning, and extra pillows for a comfortable stay. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including cheese, omelettes, and fresh juice, ensuring a tasty start to the day.

The communication with the staff was sometimes frustrating, with issues of misunderstanding and condescension.

Staff were informative and we also appreciated our stay. It was nice to have good cookies and omelette in the morning. With early check-in and late check-out, this hotel was brand-new.

I had excellent stay, nothing too much trouble. Hip new hotel, brilliant staff, unbeatable location close to center of Istanbul. Cookies and omelette for breakfast were all outstanding! I had a double room and I loved it. Efficient service from the staff.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Holiday Inn Istanbul - Kadikoy, An Ihg. The room was big and clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I especially loved the location, which was just a short walk away from Kadikoy and Kadikoy Pier. Plus, it was easy to access the metro station and explore the European side of the city.

Although everything was great, I did experience weak wifi on the third floor, which was a bit inconvenient.

The rooms at the hotel were clean and well-appointed, with a well-stocked mini bar and plenty of power points. the staff at reception were friendly and helpful, especially when it came to getting taxis and communicating with the drivers. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to key areas of the city.

The staff at the hotel were not very knowledgeable or friendly. They gave incorrect information about taxi availability and didn't offer any solutions when the mini bar fridge wasn't working.

The rooms were clean and promptly changed to remove any unpleasant smells. The staff were helpful, friendly, and always wore a smile. The hotel's location was convenient, away from the busy city but close to amenities. The spa, gym, and breakfast were all enjoyable. Good value for money.

I recently stayed at this place and was really impressed! the location was great as it was close to the port, ferry terminal, and some important clinics. Secondly, the service was amazing - from the room service to the bell staff/porter. Everything was super clean and tidy, and the staff was always there to help with a smile. Lastly, the leisure facilities were fantastic! Whether it was the steam room or the Turkish bath, there was plenty of options for relaxation.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist me. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were excellent, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the location was convenient, with easy access to the Moda area and close proximity to the highway leading to Sabiha Gokcen Airport. While public transportation might not be the most suitable option, there were nearby ferry and metro stations, as well as taxis available for transportation needs.
